1. Description of Services & Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VGP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited right to access, play, and display our Services for individual, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. Cloud Gaming & Amazon Luna Integration

Cloud Specific- Streamed Software: Content is streamed in real time; no permanent software file is downloaded or owned on your device.
- Independent Platform Operator: Amazon Luna (including server allocation, latency, streaming performance, and billing) is operated solely by Amazon under Amazon's Terms of Service.
- Independent Data Controllers: VGP and Amazon act as independent data controllers. Amazon collects platform telemetry governed by the Amazon Privacy Notice.
Streaming Performance Disclaimer
Gameplay fluidity relies on third-party internet connectivity, hardware capabilities, and platform availability. VGP is not liable for latency, input lag, connectivity loss, or degraded visual fidelity caused by cloud infrastructure or network bandwidth issues.
3. Player Rules of Conduct
To keep our gaming communities safe, respectful, and fair, all players must adhere strictly to our Rules of Conduct. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent account termination.
The creation, distribution, or use of "auto", "macro", "bot", "hack", "mod", "trainer", or "crack" software to alter game mechanics or bypass digital protection is strictly prohibited.
You may not publish abusive, defamatory, racist, homophobic, sexually explicit, obscene, or hateful content. Harassing other players or spamming chat rooms will result in immediate moderation action.
Selling, renting, sharing, or lending your account credentials is forbidden. Impersonating VGP personnel or other players is a direct breach of contract.
Soliciting personal data from anyone under 18 is strictly banned. Convicted sex offenders are prohibited from participating in any game or service directed toward minors or rated ESRB T-Teen or lower.
4. Virtual Goods, Currency & Refund Terms
VGP Services may allow you to acquire virtual currency, digital items, or downloadable add-ons. Virtual items are licensed—not sold—and hold no real-world monetary value.
UK & EU Consumer Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under UK and EU consumer legislation, you normally possess a 14-day statutory right ("Cooling-Off Period") to cancel digital purchases.
No Real Money Redemptions
Virtual items and points cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, credit, or cash value from VGP or any third party.
Account Termination Forfeiture
If your account is terminated due to conduct violations or inactivity (> 6 months), all unspent virtual currency or items are forfeited without refund.
5. User Generated Content & Intellectual Property
All materials, logos, graphics, sound effects, characters, and code on VGP Services are owned by VGP, its parent company Snap Finger Click Ltd, or its licensors.
User Modified Materials (VGP Assets)
Any content created using VGP game tools, editors, or existing IP assets belongs exclusively to VGP. Where ownership cannot legally transfer, you grant VGP an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to exploit, modify, and distribute the work.
Original User Content
For independently created content posted on VGP forums or feeds, you retain underlying ownership but grant VGP a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to display, promote, and reproduce your submission.
Unsolicited Ideas Policy
VGP does not accept unsolicited game design ideas, features, or scripts. Any unsolicited submissions sent to VGP automatically become non-confidential property of VGP without obligation, credit, or compensation to the author.
6. Video Game Health & Epilepsy Warning
Photosensitivity & Seizure Warning
A small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures or lightheadedness when exposed to flashing lights, rapid geometric patterns, or flashing visual sequences in video games.
Stop Playing Immediately & Consult a Doctor If You Experience:
- Dizziness or altered vision
- Eye or muscle twitching, involuntary movements
- Disorientation, confusion, or loss of awareness

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory consumer rights under UK or EU law—including guarantees regarding defective digital content, reasonable skill and care, or local court venue jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VGP's total aggregate liability for non-consumer disputes shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
